We are a licensed travel and tour services company offering domestic and international tour packages.

3.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit amount and sent you a written confirmation. Until then, prices and availability are subject to change.

3.2 Deposit: A minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation.

3.3 Prices: All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to availability. Prices include only the items mentioned in the tour itinerary under "Inclusions". Prices are subject to change until the booking is fully confirmed and paid.

3.4 Price Variations: In exceptional circumstances (e.g., fuel surcharge hikes, government tax increases, currency fluctuations for international tours), we reserve the right to revise prices. You will be notified before any such change is applied to your confirmed booking.

Each tour page specifies what is included and excluded. Unless explicitly mentioned, the following are NOT included in any tour package:

• ✕Airfare or train tickets (unless specified)
• ✕Visa fees and processing charges
• ✕Travel insurance
• ✕Personal expenses (tips, laundry, phone calls)
• ✕Meals not mentioned in the itinerary
• ✕Entrance fees not listed in inclusions
• ✕Any optional activities or excursions
• ✕Porter charges or personal baggage handling

5.1 Documentation: All travellers are solely responsible for ensuring they carry valid travel documents including government-issued photo ID, passport (for international tours), visas, and any health certificates required by the destination country.

5.2 Health & Fitness: Travellers must ensure they are medically fit for the tour they have booked. For adventure or strenuous tours, you warrant that you are physically capable of participating. We accept no liability for any health issues arising from a pre-existing condition.

5.3 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking. Any errors in names, dates, or other details that result in additional charges will be borne by you.

5.4 Behaviour: Travellers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner throughout the tour. We reserve the right to remove any traveller from a tour without refund if their behaviour endangers the safety or enjoyment of other travellers or causes damage to property.

While we make every effort to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to itineraries when necessary due to:

• ›Force majeure events (natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics)
• ›Government or local authority restrictions
• ›Safety concerns at specific locations
• ›Operational reasons beyond our control

In such cases, we will substitute alternative arrangements of equal or greater value wherever possible, or provide a proportional refund for any reduction in value, but shall not be liable for any additional compensation.

Crowpot Travels acts as an intermediary arranging travel services provided by third parties (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for:

• ✕Any death, personal injury, illness, or loss caused by the negligence of third-party service providers
• ✕Loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings
• ✕Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, railways, or other transport providers
• ✕Acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or other events beyond our control
• ✕Indirect or consequential losses arising from changes to tour arrangements

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.

The content on our website is provided for general information purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the information is always current, complete, or error-free.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to transmit harmful or offensive content.

All content, logos, images, and text on our website are the intellectual property of Crowpot Solutions Private Limited and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
