Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st January 2025

At Crowpot Travels, we strive to provide the best travel experience. We understand that plans can change and have designed our refund policy to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

1Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (email or WhatsApp message) at the earliest. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days before the tour departure date:

* Cancellation charges are calculated on the total booking amount including all add-ons and supplements.

2Cancellation by Crowpot Travels

In rare cases, Crowpot Travels may cancel a tour due to:

  • Insufficient number of participants (minimum group size not met)
  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or force majeure events
  • Government-imposed travel restrictions or bans
  • Safety concerns at the destination
Full Refund Guarantee: If we cancel your tour for any of the above reasons, you will receive a 100% full refund of the amount paid, or you may choose to reschedule to a future date at no extra cost.

3Refund Processing

Processing Time

Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2–5 working days to credit the amount.

Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account as applicable).

Non-Refundable Amounts

Visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and any third-party bookings (flights, special activities) made on your behalf are non-refundable once confirmed, as per the respective provider's policies.

4Date Change & Rescheduling

We offer one free date change per booking if requested 30 or more days before the departure date, subject to availability. Subsequent date changes will attract an administrative fee of ₹500 per person. Date changes requested within 30 days of departure are treated as cancellations and new bookings.

5Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances such as serious illness (with valid medical documentation), bereavement, or government-declared emergencies, we will consider waiving or reducing cancellation charges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with supporting documentation at the earliest.

We are not responsible for losses arising from events beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest. In such cases, we will endeavour to reschedule tours or provide partial refunds where possible.
